A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A property damage and intimidation at around 01:00 on January 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) listened to the horses of the victim D (Inn, 39 years of age) operated in Jeju Island; and (b) the victim’s “Is no stud and Is no studs” from the victim; and (c) destroyed the victim’s “Is no strings and fluors will die with the strings of the strings and fluors.” On the other hand, the Defendant laid down two glass cups of the market price by cutting down to the floor by cutting down the table.

As such, the Defendant threatened the victim and damaged the victim’s property.

2. Performance of official duties;

A. The Defendant reported 112 on the following facts: (a) at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant reported 112 on the cell phone with the cell phone, and reported 112 on the following: (b) he was asked by G policemen belonging to the Jeju Dong Police Station F District of the Jeju Police Station, the victim called to the scene, and asked G to the effect that “I will die of customers who drink alcohol; hereinafter the same shall apply); and (c) seeing that I would be asked to file a petition from G; and (d) took a bath to the face of G.

As such, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties concerning the prevention, suppression, and investigation of G crimes.

나. 피고인은 2015. 1. 4. 01:35경 위와 같이 공무집행방해죄의 현행범으로 체포되어 제주시에 있는 제주동부경찰서 F지구대에 인치되자, 피해자인 위 지구대 소속 경장 H에게 “너네 차번호 다 기억했어, 길에서 F 빽차 보이면 다 박아버리겠다, 너네 다 뒤졌어 개새끼야, 뒷감당 어떻게 할래”라고 말하여 협박하였다.

As such, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties concerning the prevention, suppression, and investigation of H’s crime.
