A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 1, 2017, the Defendant illegally used air defense, at the third parking lot of 16:00 the tidal wave 7-ro, old-si, Sinsi-ro, 7:7:0, the Defendant attached the Defendant’s number plate of Da-B owned by the Defendant to the two-wheeled Do-ro, Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si.

Accordingly, the defendant used the above two-wheeled automobile number plate for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. From the date and time stated in paragraph (1) to around 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant operated a two-wheeled vehicle from the place specified in paragraph (1) to the roads in front of the gas station in the Gu and Si/Gu, in approximately 5km section, from the place specified in paragraph (1) to the road in front of the gas station in the Gu and Si/Gu. The Defendant used a two-wheeled vehicle in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, in which the number plate was attached in the same manner as that specified in paragraph (1) was attached, in accordance with paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the Defendant exercised the above two-wheeled automobile number plate, which is an air strawing that was unlawfully used as above.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act is a holder of a two-wheeled automobile, the test of No. 1955.

No owner of any motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the two-wheeled automobile without mandatory insurance at the time, place, and place stated in Paragraph 2.
