Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person who commits a joint crime by Defendant A or Defendant B shall make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to the raw materials of agricultural and fishery products or processed agricultural and fishery products, and no grain processor or grain dealer shall make a false indication or advertisement concerning the production year, quality, etc. of grain or make an exaggerated indication or advertisement;
Defendant
A is the actual operator of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, who is a grain processor and a grain dealer engaged in grain processing, packing, retail business, etc., and the defendant B is the employee of the (ju) E employed by the above A.
