1. The Defendants are to the Plaintiff:

A. Of the land size of E 20,880 square meters in Yangju-si, indication of annexed drawings 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on September 19, 1989 and June 21, 1995 with respect to the portion of 5057.5/20231/20 as to the portion of E forest land in Yangju-si (hereinafter “instant land”). Defendant D completed the registration of ownership transfer on April 25, 2012 with respect to the portion of 15,1735/20 (3/4 shares) as of April 25, 2012 by completing the registration of ownership transfer on April 25, 2012, and Defendant D owned jointly with shares of 5057/50 (1/4 shares).

B. On February 20, 2004, Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale and purchase of the wooden string roof 4.22 square meters of buildings located in F in Yangju-si, Yangju-si, adjacent to the instant land. Defendant C operated a restaurant (hereinafter “instant restaurant”) with the name of “G” as it was for Defendant D and Dong business, which was put by Defendant B and Defendant B from the said building.

(c) The Defendants have installed 1, 3, 44, 14, 3, 4, 4, 14, 7, 10, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34, 48, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 27, and 659 square meters in sequence among the land in this case (hereinafter referred to as “bbb”), 10, 11, 39, 37, 37, 36, 34, 44, 14, 46, 14, 46, 44, 14, 36, 35, 31, 32, 30, 34, 308, 29, 106, 34, 46, 15, 36, 44, 35, 10
