A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person operating a game room on the second floor of the old and US B building, and C is a person employed by the defendant and in charge of the business of the above game room.

1. No person who commits a single crime shall provide game products for distribution or use, or display or keep them for such purposes;

Nevertheless, from October 26, 2013 to the 28th day of the same month, the Defendant operated the above game room, installed 20 game machine of “sea-to-sea” type “sea-to-sea current” type, which was not classified, and provided a large number of unspecified customers to use the said game machine.

As a result, the defendant provided game products that did not have been classified for use.

2. No one shall allow anyone to perform speculative acts by using game products or leave him/her to do so;

Nevertheless, the Defendant employed the game room business such as money exchange C on the condition that he pays 200,000 won per day while operating the game room at the time and place under Paragraph 1.

The defendant, like C, had many unspecified customers using the above game machine perform speculative acts by making cash payments after deducting 10% of fees from the points obtained in the game when requested by them.

As a result, the defendant conspired with C to perform speculative acts by using a game machine.
