Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On May 26, 2018, Defendants: (a) conspired with each other to enter a victim D (Nam, 45 years old) factory in Asan City from May 14:00 to 18:00 on May 26, 2018; (b) interfered with the victim’s factory operation by force to prevent truck from entering the above factory by parking on the access road entered into the above factory under the pretext that glass flows out; and (c) interfered with the victim’s factory operation by force.

B. From June 1, 2020 to June 1, 2020 to the same month in collusion with Defendants who interfere with business.

At around 16:00, the victim interfered with the victim’s factory operation by force by way of force, such as: (a) leaving the access road into which the above factory was entered on the ground that the victim did not contact the defendants; (b) leaving the access road to which the above factory was carried; and (c) prohibiting truck from entering the above factory

At around 17:00 on July 19, 2018, Defendant A’s attacked the victim at the Defendant’s plastic house located in Asan City F, “E plant ......... director A.....” However, the victim refused it, and the victim refused it, “one million won per day and more than one year is a director.” Whether our village will operate the company even if our village puts the civil petition once.
