Punishment of the crime

On February 25, 2014, the Defendant purchased smartphones from taxi engineers B and the Defendant sold them to the taxi and recruited profits by resale.

(SV-E250S, ES), which was a taxi passenger.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired three mobile phones, which are stolen goods, in collusion with B.
