Defendant

A is the owner of "E Gas station in Ulsan Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu", and Defendant B is an employee of the above gas station.

Although no one sells fake petroleum products, such as similar transit, he/she is aware that F, the real president of the above gas station, is manufacturing and selling similar transit, Defendant A conspired with F in order to recover the amount lent to F, and Defendant B was willing to actually sell and manage similar transit as an employee of the gas station.

The Defendants: (a) managed a gas station operated by Defendant A from the beginning of October 2012, 201 through the above F; (b) stored two of the tank four parts of the tank four; (c) installed a fake petroleum product containing automobile transit, light oil, and leaping oil (hereinafter referred to as “similar oil”); (d) sold the same in the manner of selling or managing the same similar oil from April 15, 2012 to October 15, 205 by using a new string with a knick seat attached to three main organic compounds; or (e) operated a mar agreement with a knife so that the knife of light oil with a knife can fall at a rate of 6:4% on a daily basis; and (e) Defendant B sold similar oil with a 6,000 knife oil (10,794,000 won) from April 15, 2012 to October 15, 2012.

Accordingly, the Defendants sold fake petroleum products in collusion with F.
