Punishment of the crime

[2016 Highest 2615]

1. On April 27, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime at around April 27, 2016, on the ground that the victim, who was under cleaning on the front of G located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, was grown at the time of the victim’s head one time due to brooms possessed by the victim H (V, 66 years old) on the ground that the victim was grick.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

2. On May 8, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime at around May 8, 2016, at the bus stops in front of the building in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, without any special reason, and entrusted from Seoul Metropolitan Government, and managed by the victim I company, at the bus stops in front of the building in Seoul Metropolitan City.
