A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was in a relationship with the victim C (V, 43 years of age).

1. Violence;

A. On November 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) rendered the victim’s face in his/her own hands while seeing the victim’s friendship and talk with the victim at the parking lot of the 140 road in the city of Chang-gun, Chang-gun, Chang-gun, Chang-gun, Gyeongdong-gun.

B. On December 2, 2016, around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) taken the victim’s face at the Guro-gu 17-gil, Busan Northern City, on the ground that the victim was flick with her mother-gu, a woman-friendly by her own death; (b) taken the victim’s face at her own seat; and (c) taken the victim’s outbreak.
