A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 17, 2012, around 11:00 on March 17, 2012, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face at the time of drinking, on the ground that the victim F (W, 35 years old) who returned from August 201 demanded the Defendant to be hedging, from the 106-dong of the 106-dong Busan Shipping Daegu D Building, and from the 106-dong, the victim F (W, I, 35 years old), who returned from August 201, demanded the Defendant to be hedging.

2. 5. On September 9, 2012, the Defendant: (a) on September 9, 2012, 2012, within the passenger car of the victim of the Jart parking lot located in Suwon-gu Busan, Busan, the Defendant was able to enter the vehicle in the vicinity of the preceding residence; and (b) on the day when the Defendant was investigated by the police with K and Si guard on the same day, the Defendant was able to enter the vehicle in the vicinity of the preceding residence, and the Defendant was investigated by the police with K and Si guard.”
