Punishment of the crime

2. The Defendant causing damage to a special object was assaulting the victim at the above time and place, and the police officer, who was a taxi passenger, attempted to escape from the scene before the misunderstanding of the error, and the victim was able to block the vehicle of the Defendant on the cab.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the said taxi by taking part of the victim's taxi at the right part of the taxi in front of the victim's taxi due to the foregoing vehicle, which is a dangerous object, and making the cab far away from the front part of the taxi.
