Reasons
Punishment of the crime
After the termination of the joint operation contract with the victim C, the Defendant brought a civil suit to recover investment money, and had the victim feel a mind to spread facts and false facts about the complainant.
1. On June 17, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the D journalist “E” and “F” reporters in the D Area to the effect that “(victim) and her husband frequently promised to find employment at the Juvenile Culture Center if a party is a party,” and that “A is jointly operated under the condition that the local resident C (the name of the victim) will take over one year after July 17, 2014,” thereby having the said content reported the article as “the width of the Sild City Council Members” on June 25, 2014, thereby impairing the honor of the victim by openly pointing out facts or false facts.”
2. The Defendant, as of July 1, 2014, is for the same year.
7. 2: (a) while conducting one person demonstration in front of D viewing over the frameworks, the reporters in various media were “(victims) was the husband and was in charge of social welfare and child care, and was actually carried out by the husband and wife at the child care center; (b) “If a party is a party, G, the husband, who is the husband, would be employed in the same place as the juvenile cultural center; and (c) “If the monthly salary of the child care teacher did not properly inform the child care center of his intention to fully take over the child care center on February 2, 2014,” and “I did not comply with the promise to take over the child care center on February 2, 2014,” and “H,” made the article included in the above title “H, i.e., why he was unable to drink, or would have made a demonstration at the same place,” thereby publicly pointing out the facts or reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts or false facts.
3. The Defendant runs across several daily days from July 1, 2014.
