A is a person who engages in farming activities in the victim D's land in Namyang-si, South Korea.

On September 201, 2014, the Defendant: (a) informed the Defendant of the false fact to the effect that “the victim believed to see that he/she would own the land at the time and did so as to go away from his/her house for six years; and (b) reported the fact to the public by publication, thereby impairing the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts through publication, even though he/she did not receive a promise from the injured party to acquire ownership of the land at the time.”

On October 2014, the Defendant, within the above land, destroyed the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts by informing the subject of the I program that “The victim believed to see and see the land, but she was coming to drive away from her house for six years” to the subject of the I program of false information.
