1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant Gyeonggi-do shall have jurisdiction over each real estate listed in the separate sheet.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company established on August 30, 1935 for the purpose of agricultural management business, etc. on the purpose of joint management and profit-making of the above network K’s heritage by descendants, such as the net L [name of the family head of the network: M: hereinafter “M], which is the deceased K’s heir.

According to the registration certificate (registration certificate) drawn up as to the above Q No. 17,499 and R No. 2,747, each of the above lands was completed on March 28, 193 (No. 8 years), and the Plaintiff received the registration of transfer due to inheritance on March 28, 193 (No. 10 years), and the registration of transfer was completed on December 12, 1935 (No. 10666, the Plaintiff received on September 10, 1935) from the Government Branch of Sungsung District Court (No. 10666, which was made on September 10, 1935).

On the other hand, as of December 1, 194, Q 17,49 had already been divided into 4,815 square meters prior to Q 17,49 (hereinafter “T land prior to division”), and R 2,747 square meters was divided into U 2,550 square meters, etc. (hereinafter “U land prior to division”); thereafter, it was divided into 2,750 square meters prior to division.

6. The above registers and cadastral records with respect to each of the above lands were all destroyed due to the 25 accidents.

E. After December 6, 1954, with respect to T and U land before the division, the Government Registry of the Seoul District Court was closed in around 1962, and the Government Registry of the Seoul District Court was currently the Cheongbu District Court's Office.

The receipt date of the registration prior to the destruction by the receipt No. 4421 and the grounds for registration and the date of April 1, 1938.
