On July 10, 2014, A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for gambling opening at Jeju District Court, and was released on January 30, 2015 during the execution of the sentence in Jeju Prison on parole on March 28, 2015.

1. Defendant A

A. On November 15, 2016, from around 15:30 to 18:40 the same day, the Defendant opened gambling: (a) recruited more than 10 persons, such as LM, which was located in K in Seopopo City from around 15:30 on November 15, 2016; (b) opened 10 persons, including M, with a ceiling and cover four ruptures on both sides of the floor of the embankment; (c) opened 10 persons, such as M, who found the place, with a size of 5,000 to 10,000 won per time; (d) the sum of the numbers of 4 pages, the sum of which exceeds the end; and (e) obtained 00,000 won by taking the name of “Dogggggggh” in the name of “Dogggh” in the name of “Doggh” in the name of 0.0.00 won.
