1. Larceny;
A. On July 27, 2014, around 06:00, the Defendant: (a) accessed the victim C, who was locking, and then stolen, one debit card, one driver’s license, one and one bank security card, which is the victim’s possession of the victim in front of the convenience store; and (b) cut off the victim C at the market price.
B.
