A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 4, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on September 4, 2014, and the said judgment was not a person handling narcotics.

1. Around September 2012, the psychotropic drug IM medication (hereinafter “EXM”) was administered by dividing the EXM, which was possessed by G, along with E (not later than July 22, 2014), F, and G (each separate investigation) in the D hotel strike in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, by one unit, and then taking them together with beverages.

As a result, the Defendant administered a psychotropic drug X-si.

2. Sale of psychotropic drug campers (hereinafter referred to as "copon").

A. On September 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s home located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, received KRW 2.4 million from E; and (b) delivered approximately 3 grams of phiphones to E and sold them.

B. Around October 2013, the Defendant, at the home of the above Defendant, received KRW 800,000 from E, and delivered approximately one gram of phiphone to E and sold it.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs on two occasions.

3. Purchasing phiphones;

A. On November 18, 2013, the Defendant remitted KRW 800,000 to I’s Agricultural Account, and around that time, the Defendant received approximately one gram of phiphone from I at the above Defendant’s home and purchased it.

B. On November 20, 2013, the Defendant remitted KRW 1 million to the said I’s account, and around that time, the Defendant received approximately KRW 200,000 in cash from I at the above Defendant’s home with KRW 200,000 from I and purchased them.

C. On January 2014, 2014, the Defendant promised I to promise I to pay 1.6 million won in the front of K hotel in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, for a 1.6 million won-on price, and received approximately two grams from I and purchased it.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs in three times.
