Punishment of the crime

At around 14:00 on April 25, 2013, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs by inserting approximately 0.05 grams from among the Mepters purchased at the Defendant’s home located in Scacc F, as described in the foregoing paragraph (a), into a single-use injection machine, dilution of raw water, and then administering them in a way of injecting meat.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs, a psychotropic drug.

C. From April 25, 2013 to April 14:50, 2013, the Defendant possessed psychotropic drugs for the purpose of medication at the Defendant’s home as above, and possessed the remaining 0.01 gram of Metepia, which remains after being administered as above, at the Defendant’s home as stated in the said sub-paragraph.

2. No person other than a person handling narcotics, etc., shall trade psychotropic drugs, or administer, possess or deliver them;

A. At around 09:00 on October 201, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 200,000 from H, for a single-use camb, 00 g, which was 0.12 g from H, in a cafeteria cafeteria which was located in the new Sin-si, New-si, New-si; (b) the Defendant received KRW 200,000 from H, for a single-use camb.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased and sold psychotropic drugs-related Mepters.
