A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of five months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 14, 2018, the Defendant was indicted by violating the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) at the Seoul Western District Court on May 14, 2018 and is currently in the second trial.

1.
