2) 피고인은 같은 날 23:17 경 고양 시 덕양구 화 중로 12에 있는 고양 경찰서 본관 앞에서 고양 경찰서 G 지구대 소속 경장 I으로부터 순찰차에서 내릴 것을 요구 받자 위 I에게 “ 씨 발 새끼 뭐 내리 ” 라고 욕설을 하며 순찰차에서 내려 발로 위 I의 왼쪽 허벅지를 걷어찼다.

In September 23, 2017, from around 00:10 to around 00:40, the Defendant publicly insultinged the Victim K by saying, “The victim E, who was arrested at the J Team office of the Goyang-gu Goyang Police Station, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, 12, for the foregoing reason, was heard by the victim E, the Defendant publicly insulting the Victim K by saying, “The victim E, who was a private person in the border belonging to the Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, G District, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Ma, Ma, Ma, up to the bit of bitch.”
