Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on May 29, 2013, at the Nam-gu Office C located in Seo-gu, Nam-gu; (b) “The Fda located in Dong-gu, Gyeongnam-si, to work as an employee, 1.5 million won in advance.”

However, there was no idea that it will work even if it is paid in advance by the complainant.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the complainant as such and received 1.5 million won from the complainant immediately as the advance payment.
