Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person working at the first floor of the building B in Dongducheon-si, and at the same restaurant operated by his/her buyer, and the victim D (V, 19 years of age) is a person who worked at the above restaurant as a part-time student from August 6, 2018 to October 8, 2018.

1. On September 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 12:00, around the early 12:00 restaurant, the Defendant: (b) told the victim that “I will not see the hand saw well; (c) took the victim’s hand with his hand after having shacked the victim; and (d) took the victim’s hand.

5. At around 11:00 the end of September 2018, the Defendant: (a) at the warehouse and the sloping room of the above restaurant.
