A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 22, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on April 7, 2010 and completed the execution of the sentence.
1. Around February 4, 2013, the Defendant violated the Electronic Financial Transactions Act of 2013, the Defendant transferred 1.5 million won per head of the Tong and cash card from E in addition to the receipt of the passbook and cash card in the name of E in addition to the receipt of the passbook and cash card from 1.50,000 won per head of the Tong from the Defendant’s vehicle parked on the street in front of the G station located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-si, Seongbuk-si, the Defendant transferred 8,000 won per head of the Tong and cash card from E as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
