The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.

1. On May 12, 2013, the Defendant of the instant facts charged: (a) at the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment center, the victim D (the age of 78) was flicked to her own seat and did not appear at the victim E (the age of 69) house; (b) however, the Defendant damaged the honor of the said D and E by openly pointing out false facts by stating that “The chairperson D was coming from the E house at the seat of the members of the center for senior citizens. The president flicked and glicked his own seat. The president flicked into the E house. E’s house, and E was seen to have been off his clothes.”

2. On the basis of the judgment, the police interrogation protocol of the defendant against the defendant denies its contents in this court, so it is inadmissible as the defendant denies its contents, and each investigation report that the defendant heard F and G's statements is not admissible as evidence in this court. In other words, D and E do not have any direct opinion as to the defendant's statements as stated in the facts charged on May 12, 2013. D are present in this court as witness and informed the defendant of the above statement from F and G senior citizens' clubs outside the building after hearing the above statement. However, D was a witness F and G did not directly have any direct opinion on the above day, and the defendant and D were frequently sealed in the senior citizens' center.

(G) The statement made to the purport that it is difficult to believe D's statement as it is, E also does not specify a person who made the above statement from the Defendant on the above day, and the above date is Sundays, and according to the witness F, G, and H's statutory statement, the Defendant is not entitled to leave the center for senior citizens because it is placed at the Sundays church, and according to the statement in subparagraph 1 of the certificate, the Defendant is present at the church on the above day.
