1. The plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. From August 5, 2012, the Plaintiff’s ancillary C (hereinafter “the Deceased”) served as a part-time employee at the Gabaeman’s establishment store (hereinafter “instant film center”) from August 5, 2012.

B. Around 08:00 on March 28, 2013, the Deceased was sent to the Kan National University Hospital while working at the film museum of this case and preparing to work, but died at around 10:45 on the same day.

The death diagnosis report on the deceased is written as a direct death, stating the “patical heart infection.”

C. On May 30, 2013, the Plaintiffs filed a claim against the Defendant for the payment of survivors’ benefits and funeral expenses. On August 22, 2013, the Defendant rendered a land-based disposition against the Plaintiffs on the ground that “The Plaintiff’s objective reasons for diagnosis of acute heart infection, which is a private person, are insufficient, and the work environment does not recognize any excessive fact in the course of duties, and is not related to the deceased’s death.”

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. The motion picture board of this case asserted by the plaintiffs had a virus, etc., which is the cause of the outbreak of acute infection inside the facility used by a majority, and the deceased had an excessive stress in the course of conducting a ticket, cleaning, etc. at the motion picture board of this case visiting several thousands per day, and the deceased showed symptoms of cardiopulmonary infection three weeks prior to the death. The motion picture board of this case failed to properly perform the duty of safety consideration to the deceased by taking into account the condition of the deceased, and by taking into account that there was no special health problem to the deceased, while the deceased performed his duties at the motion picture board of this case.
