1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties’ status G (HH; hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) died after the Defendant’s I Hospital (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Hospital”) entered into the I Hospital operated by the Defendant Educational Foundation D (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Hospital”). Defendant E is a medical specialist outside the Defendant Hospital affiliated with the Defendant Hospital, and Defendant F is a medical specialist outside the Defendant Hospital affiliated with the Defendant Hospital in charge of anesthesia at the time of the said surgery, and the Plaintiff’s spouse, Plaintiff B, and C are the deceased’s children.

B. On June 8, 2013, the Deceased’s head of the Defendant Hospital started to feel clothes from around 11:00 while working at the company on June 8, 2013. On the same day, the Deceased’s head of the Defendant Hospital was inside the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital on the same day as he/she did not sit at around 20:17.

C.
