The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the record, the court below is just to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance on the ground that there is no proof of the crime against the facts charged (excluding the part of the charge) of this case, and to render a not guilty. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence and exceeding the bounds of the principle of logic and experience,

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
