Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court as to the Defendant’s grounds of appeal, the lower court is justifiable to have found the Defendant guilty of all the charges of this case (excluding the acquittal portion) on the grounds as indicated in its reasoning. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, by misapprehending

Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment on the grounds of appeal by the prosecutor in light of the records, it is justifiable for the lower court to reverse the judgment of the first instance court on the ground that there was no proof of the crime against the defamation of January 10, 2010 among the facts charged in the instant case (excluding the portion of innocence in the first instance trial) and to find the Defendant not guilty.
