1. The Defendant’s KRW 47,935,575 as well as the annual rate from April 1, 2017 to July 6, 2017, and the next day.

After concluding a contract for the supply of double products with the Defendant, the Plaintiff supplied double products to the Defendant until February 21, 2017. As of March 31, 2017, the Plaintiff still remains 47,935,575 won (including the balance of KRW 18,500,000,000,000,000) as of March 31, 2017, or there is no dispute between the parties, or recognition by the statement of the evidence A under subparagraphs 1 through 4. As such, the Defendant is liable to pay damages for delay calculated by the annual rate of 15% as stipulated in the Civil Act, from April 1, 2017 to July 6, 2017, the date when the copy of the complaint was served to the Defendant from April 1, 2017 to the date when the copy of the complaint was served to the Defendant.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
