1. The Defendant’s KRW 86,183,805 as well as its annual 6% from April 26, 2014 to May 8, 2017 and the next day.

In light of the facts stated in subparagraph 1 and the purport of the entire pleadings, the defendant can be acknowledged that he/she agreed to pay KRW 142,174,360 to the plaintiff on March 25, 2014 by April 25, 2014. The plaintiff was paid KRW 55,90,55 in the Daegu District Court C real estate compulsory auction case on November 30, 2016 with dividends of KRW 86,183,805 (=142,174,360 - 5,90,555 won) and damages for delay calculated on April 26, 2014 from the day following the due date to which the original copy was served to the defendant by no later than May 6, 2017.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
