Punishment of the crime

The defendant was in an internal relationship with husband D of the victim C by the continuous request of the victim, and D, upon completion of an internal relationship with the victim, caused the victim to have a serious mind.

On June 12, 2013, at around 11:22, the Defendant sent a text message, '106, 602, 'E' to the victim's cell phone (E), and on June 13, 2013, the Defendant sent a text message to the victim's cell phone, 'Nearier', 'Narier', 'Narier', 'Narier', 'Narier', 'Narier', 'Narier', 'Narier', 'Narier', 'Narier', 'Narier', 'Narier', 'Narier', 'Narier', 'Narier', 'Narier', 'Narier', and sent the text message to the victim' and his husband', 'Narier', i.e., his husband.

As a result, the Defendant repeatedly sent words, images, or videos that may cause fears or apprehensions to other parties.
