1. The Defendant made an agreement on December 24, 201 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Provisions of the articles of incorporation regarding the management of the property of the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant church”) are as follows.
