1. The Defendant made an agreement on December 24, 201 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.

1. Provisions of the articles of incorporation regarding the management of the property of the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant church”) are as follows.

Section 9(Organization) of the Association - This meeting shall be comprised of the chairperson of the Council (C pastor) and the route (Dro, Ero, Fro, Gro, H route, H route, and I).

The Dong Council shall take charge of and encourage all matters concerning the charity, finance, property management, education, and worship.

Article 15 (Management of Articles of Incorporation) The political affairs association shall be managed by the party council pursuant to Chapter 117 (5) of Chapter 15 of the Political Affairs Act.

When it is intended to lease, sell, or otherwise establish or dispose of the properties of the church, the consent of the majority of the party members is required, and the appointment of the representative is required by the consent of more than a majority of the party members.

On October 24, 2010, the Defendant church held a party meeting while all seven members present at the meeting, and made a resolution with the consent of all seven members per party member as follows (hereinafter “instant resolution”).

On February 6, 2011, the defendant church held a church meeting on February 6, 201 and passed a resolution to the effect that the plaintiff can represent the defendant church in relation to the sale of the above real estate.

A A 70 million won or more shall be paid in consideration of the contribution to the formation of the church in the last 34 years of the retirement allowance with respect to the honorable family members, but it is difficult to pay in cash due to the financial conditions of the church, so that the church can not be paid in cash, it shall be decided to provide the following real estate owned by the church, and the legal authority (i) shall be entrusted with all of the rights of transfer, (ii) the right to receive the price, (iii) the right to cancel the transfer and the right to terminate the transfer, (ii) the right to exercise the rights, and (iii) the right to act

The indication of real estate: The fact that there is no dispute over the land and buildings (based on recognition) in total of 44 lots located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, including the real estate in the attached list, and the purport of the whole entries and arguments in Gap

2. In full view of the following circumstances which are inferred from the existence of an agreement on the transfer of real estate and the recognition thereof:
