Punishment of the crime

On September 18, 2014, from around 09:40 to around 09:45 on the same day, the Defendant took a heavy bath on the grounds that the victim C had his ageed employees without permission, and made the victim go beyond several tightly, and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by preventing customers from entering the said place and allowing them to leave the place.
