If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 04, 2013, from around 09:40 to 10:40, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by preventing customers, who want to enter the restaurant, from entering the restaurant, such as having been set up in order to avoid a disturbance, such as gathering of a bitle, which is operated by the victim C (the age of 61) located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (the age of 61) from entering the restaurant; and (b) preventing them from entering the restaurant.
