Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was the person who was in charge of the member of the general assembly of F religious order.

On November 2010, G H church located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City constituted the Cheongice Committee to leave the pastor and to leave a new pastor. The organization of the Cheongice Committee was made up of the number of members of the Cheongice Committee, and there was an opinion dispute at the pastor and the Round.
