The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal of this case is prepared by B, not the defendant, solely, and the seal impression B of the G church is forged, and the defendant committed each crime of this case in collusion with B, and the judgment of the court below which convicted him of each of the facts charged of this case is erroneous in the misapprehension of legal principles.

2. On the basis of the evidence duly adopted and examined by the court below, the following circumstances revealed by the court below: (i) the defendant alleged that H had a career to be forged, and (ii) the defendant used organizational violence at the joint meeting of re-election with the head of H church to interfere with the voting, damaged the H in the process, damaged the property, and committed defamation against H; and (iii) there was sufficient motive to change the representative of the G church to H from around December 8, 2013; (iv) the defendant was the defendant, instead of the representative of the G church, and (iii) the defendant did not know that he did not know that he did not own the name of the church in the name of the real estate register, on the grounds that he had committed a serious conflict with H pastor, such as going under the process of criminal trial on the ground that he had committed defamation against H.

However, B made a statement to the effect that the method of changing the name of the representative of the registered injury in the investigative agency was followed by AA that the name of the defendant, B, P, etc. was consistent with the law at the end of December 2013 (Evidence No. 1049 of the evidence record). On May 2012, AA prepared and exercised a copy of a temporary general meeting of shareholders by recognizing qualification at the end of May 2012, B was subject to criminal punishment for committing an illegal act, such as preparing a false private document for qualification, holding a false document for qualification, holding a private document for preparation of qualification, electronic records, and electronic records, and keeping a false record of criminal punishment for committing an illegal act, such a statement made by B is reliable, and ④ the seal of the G church that was forged.
