A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Injury;

A. 다. 피고인은 2018. 5. 31. 07:30경 창원시 의창구 B건물, C호에서, 가게에 오지 않았다며 따지는 피해자 D(여, 51세)에게 화가 나서 왼손으로 피해자의 빰을 1회 때려 피해자를 폭행하였다. 라.
