A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant intruded into the first floor female toilets of the D building managed by the victim C in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and tried to steals female victims to see their defenses or to take a cell phone camera.

1. On May 4, 2017, at around 23:55, the Defendant intruded into the above female toilet and taken a brupt image against the victim’s will against the 22 seconds of the mobile phone camera in which the victim was not injured and panty panty in the next partitions.

2. On May 5, 2017, at around 00:02, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the places specified in the foregoing paragraph 1; and (b) taken a protruding screen image against the victim’s will against the victim’s will, by the same method, the non-victim female spanty hump hump hump and hump hump hump to the victim.

3. On May 5, 2017, at around 00:03, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the places specified in the foregoing paragraph 1; and (b) taken a protruding screen image against the victim’s will against the victim’s will, by the same method, the non-victim female spanty spane and panty spane in the same manner.

4. On May 5, 2017, at around 00:16, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the places specified in the foregoing paragraph 1; and (b) taken a protruding screen image against the victim’s will against the victim’s will for approximately two minutes in a mobile phone camera in which the victim was not injured by the same method.

5. On May 9, 2017, at around 00:30 on May 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the places under the above paragraph 1; (b) discovered a panty panty and stolen the appearance of the victim, thereby reporting to the police; and (c) destroyed part of the tent so that, in order to capture arrest, the Defendant destroyed the tent by leaving the tent up up to the tent with a view to hiding it in the toilet site, up to the 1390,000 won at the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant intrudes on a structure managed by others, and uses a camera or other mechanical device with similar functions, thereby sexual humiliationing or hump.
