E On September 13, 2012, was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court for the crime of acquiring stolen goods, and the judgment was finalized on October 29, 2012.
The Defendants, along with I (C) and J (C) in order to purchase a used mobile phone which was stolen or lost and exported to China. The Defendants planned the overall crime by providing funds for the commission of crime, and ordered or managed the Defendants to commit the crime. Defendant A and Defendant F purchased and deliver a used mobile phone which is stolen or lost, to the transporter’s employees; Defendant C and Defendant D sent a used mobile phone which is a stolen object from Defendant B to China by hiding it into other cargo; Defendant C and Defendant D sent a used mobile phone which is a stolen object from Defendant B to other cargo; Defendant E, along with J, assigned a cell phone which is a stolen object.
1. Defendant A received KRW 100,000 per day from I, purchased a heavy portable phone, which is a stolen, from a seller, and subsequently took charge of putting it out to B. On February 22, 2012, Defendant A, in collusion with I, purchased and acquired a stolen article or a mobile phone 63 cell phone units owned by an unclaimed victim, with knowledge of the fact that it is a stolen article or a stolen stolen article, and acquired a stolen article on a total of seven occasions from around the above time to March 5, 2012, as set out in the list of crimes.
