A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

D is a person supplied with a cell phone, which is stolen from those who have stolen another person's cell phone or purchased a stolen mobile phone from those who purchase another person's cell phone from taxi engineers, and sent it to China or Hong Kong through international air mail. F and G are those who receive stolen money from the purchaser of the stolen mobile phone in China, and bring it into the Republic of Korea from the purchaser of the stolen mobile phone in China, and deliver it to D, etc., after entering the Republic of Korea in the name of "H" in around 2000, the Defendant was forced to be detained from the Republic of Korea in around 2006, and entered the Republic of Korea in the name of "H" in around 200, and entered the Republic of Korea in the name of "A" (Korean People's Republic of China) and then purchased the stolen mobile phone, which is lost or stolen, together with the above D, and take it out to Hong Kong or China.

At around 17:00 on July 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased at the “J” logistics company located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, 8.5 million won from the above D to purchase and deliver it to Hong Kong through air transport; and (b) acquired stolen goods in total 25 times from July 10, 2012 to November 26, 2012, including that the Defendant habitually purchased at KRW 1830,000,000 from July 10 to November 26, 2012, with knowledge that the stolen goods are stolen.
