B Imprisonment of 10 months, imprisonment of 8 months and fine of 300,000 won, and imprisonment of 8 months, respectively.

Criminal facts

1. On June 2012, Defendant B and C purchased one cellphone (G) from the needy person in front of the luxal Station located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and then purchased the name tag "S, 24-hour counseling service, G" at the same place on the first day of November 2012, Defendant C manufactured the name tag "S, 24-hour counseling service, H," stating "S," "S," and then purchased the luxal from the needy person at the same place on the first day of November 2012, Defendant C manufactured the name tag "S, 24-hour counseling service, and H," and distributed the luxal taxi article with the luxal and loaded the luxal taxi article, and Defendant B took charge of only or directly trading the luxal phone article, and Defendant B took charge of purchasing and selling the luxal phone from the luxal passenger, and made Defendant C take charge of selling and selling the luxal phone to the local passenger.

C around June 1, 2012, around 2012, C issued the above name cards to I of the taxi engineer in front of the Southern-dong from Chuncheon City. Defendant B, around 19:40 on July 1, 2012, purchased the 40,00 won by being aware of the fact that the 1st cost of the taxi driver brought to I of the taxi that he was lost, and purchased the smartphones over 26 times from that time until January 23, 2013, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

Therefore, the Defendants conspired habitually, and acquired smartphones which are stolen.

2. The Defendant C obtained a motorcycle driver’s license at the time and place indicated in the annexed Table Nos. 2, 4, 8, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, and 26.
