A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Obstruction;

A. A. On January 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased an EMW X5 car from the (D office located in the (State) office located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) entered into a loan agreement with the victim B Co., Ltd. to obtain a loan of KRW 40,000,000 from the victim B Co., Ltd; and (c) to pay the amount of KRW 1,464,219 each month in equal installments for 36 months; and (d) around the 30th day of the same month, the Defendant set up a collateral security of KRW 20,000,000 in the said car owned by the Defendant.

Nevertheless, around January 2016, the Defendant, at a reciprocal coffee shop located in Young-si, Young-dong, YU, 2016, 50,000 won loaned to a sub-loaner, as well as the above BMW X5 car under the pretext of payment in lieu of the obligation of 50,000,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant concealed the above BMW X5 car which was the object of the victim company's rights, thereby hindering the victim's exercise of rights.

B. On February 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased a Fbe-cratty car at the D office of the said paragraph (State); (b) entered into a loan agreement with the victim (State)G to obtain a loan of KRW 18,000,000 from the victim (StateG) and to pay it by free repayment method for 60 months; and (c) around the 23th day of the same month, the Defendant set up a right to collateral security of KRW 15,000,000 for the said car owned by the Defendant.

Nevertheless, around January 2016, the Defendant, at the same time, posted the EW X5 car and the Defendant’s personal seal impression on the pretext of payment for the debt of KRW 50,000,000 that he borrowed to a sublet borrower in lieu of the former, in a coffee shop in Yong-si, YU., YU., the Defendant owned.

Accordingly, the defendant, which is the object of the victim company's right, conceals the above bee-car which is the object of the victim company's right.
