Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a student attending Daegu University.

No one shall gambling or gambling in which property or property benefits are provided by taking advantage of the results of sports promotion voting rights or others similar thereto issued by a person, other than an entrusted business entity, the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation or a person who is not an entrusted business entity.

Nevertheless, at around 06:41 on September 11, 2016, the Defendant sent KRW 100,000 to the “C (Gu, D)’s private sports gambling site,” which is a private sports gambling site at the 101-dong 207 residence of Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, 201, to the “C (Gu, D)’s account, AF’s deposit account, the said site’s gambling account, and collected money from the sports competition as a result of the sports competition, which is provided at the site by filling for corresponding cyber money, and then lost the amount of money distributed on a flag by receiving dividends in accordance with the dividend rate posted at the site. In addition, as shown in the attached Table, the Defendant committed a sports gambling, which depends on the outcome of the sports competition, from September 1, 2016 through September 1, 2016 to the said year.

9. up to 21.21. A private sports gambling is conducted by depositing KRW 21,50,000 in 11 times.
