Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Seoul Olympic Games National Sports Promotion Foundation and a person, other than an entrusted business entity, shall not gambling by using the act of offering property or property benefits to persons who win the results of sports promotion by issuing sports promotion votes or similar things to those who win the results.

Nevertheless, around August 3, 2016, the Defendant visited “C (domain address address omitted)”, a private sports soil and entertainment site, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 300,000 from the national bank account under the name of the Defendant to the Agricultural Cooperative (F) account in the name of the Defendant, the account designated by the above site operator; (b) deposited game money; and (c) deposited game money by means of betting, such as a domestic and foreign axis, farming district, camping district, and camping district, in which the Defendant received dividends equivalent to the dividend rate, and lost the betting money if it is possible; and (d) transferred 30,000 won from the time of the national bank account in the name of the Defendant; and (e) transferred 30,000 won to the agricultural bank account in the name of the said site to 30,000 won; and (e) made up for the result of betting, from the time of the sports competition, 2000 Do 2018.
