Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and a person, other than an entrusted business entity, shall not gambling by using the provision of property or property benefits to persons who win the results of sports promotion voting rights or by issuing similar things to those who win the results.

Nevertheless, on March 11, 2010, the Defendant, using a computer at a closed space of 02:14, connected to ADB, the Internet private sports earth site: (a) deposited 30,000 won in the name of NAD account designated by the above site operator as the gambling fund deposit account; (b) deposited the corresponding game money on the site; and (c) deposited it on the site, such as a domestic or foreign axis, camping district, and farming district, in a sports game such as a axis, camping district, and Hand-facing; and (d) deposited dividends at the same rate of distribution, and then, on the other hand, deposited the total amount of 30,00 won from 00 to 70:70 on March 11, 2010, 2000 and 7:00 on July 7, 2017.
