1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Basic Facts

B On February 1, 1997, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to C, 671 square meters (hereinafter “C land”). D, E, F, and G (hereinafter “D”) on May 24, 2005, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to H land of 3,000 square meters (hereinafter “H land”). On December 9, 2013, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to D, E, F, and G (hereinafter “J land”).

On February 28, 2014, the Plaintiff leased C’s land from B during the period from February 28, 2014 to February 27, 2019. Around that time, the Plaintiff leased H’s land from D, etc., and leased J’s land from D, etc. to I, and cultivated a pet and vegetable, vegetable, vegetable, etc. that may be harvested from the plastic houses on the above land at a vinyl house on each of the above land.
