1. The Defendants are 5% per annum from September 1, 2012 to May 14, 2014 to each Plaintiff, respectively.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. From around 1991, the Plaintiff’s operation of a fish farm established and operated a fish farm, such as fish culture, etc. (hereinafter “instant fish farm”).
B. The Plaintiff and the Defendant Korea Electric Power Corporation (hereinafter “Korea Electric Power”) under a power supply contract with the Plaintiff and the Korea Electric Power Corporation (hereinafter “Korea Electric Power Corporation”) shall be determined in four lines, namely, the agricultural use of each type of contract with the Defendant Korea Electric Power, the low voltage of 8KW, and the supply method (hereinafter “instant power supply contract”).
(2) A customer who is likely to suffer economic loss due to the suspension or failure of the supply of electricity due to an inevitable reason shall be careful to avoid occurrence of damage by installing adequate independent protective devices, such as an emergency power supply system, a power supply system (UPS), a studio protective device, and a power supply alarm device.
