A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall intrude into public use places used by many and unspecified persons, such as toilets, public bath, bathing rooms, or snasium, breast-feeding facilities, and snasium, with a view to meeting his/her own sexual desire, and take photographs of the body of a person who may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame against his/her will using a camera or other similar mechanism.

1. Intrusion into toilets and camera photographs on August 4, 2018;

A. On August 4, 2018, at around 23:11, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a toilet, which is a public use place, for the purpose of meeting the Defendant’s sexual desire, such as taking a cell phone camera photograph with the appearance that women, who entered the next partitions, live there for about 15 minutes; and (b) dumping the image of a melted building located in the central Dong of Ansan-si, Ansan-si.

B. The Defendant tried to photograph the body parts of a female victim’s sexual humiliation or shame that could cause a sense of shame, using the Defendant’s cell phone camera at the date and time, at the place, as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, but the Defendant taken and attempted to take the body parts under his name, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame of seven victims, as described in the table Nos. 1 through 7 of the crime list, including taking the body parts under his name, which may cause a sense of shame or shame, against his own will.

2. Intrusion into toilets and camera photographs on August 25, 2018;

A. On August 25, 2018, at around 23:15, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a toilet, which is a public use place, for the purpose of meeting the Defendant’s sexual desire, such as taking a cell phone camera image of a female who entered the building in Ansan-si Centraldong and stayed for about 22 minutes; and (b) female who entered the side partitions were viewed as melting a melter; and (c) such as taking a cell phone camera images.

B. At the same time and time under the preceding paragraph, the Defendant’s name-in-fact female victim’s name-in-fact that sees the Defendant’s cell phone camera.
