Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 High 578] The Defendant shall sign the report prepared by the captain before departure to manage and operate C(223t) passenger ships of wooden shipment, the head of D High Speed P Co., Ltd., the victim E(48 years of age) shall be the operator working in the F of the Korea Shipping Association, and the victim shall sign the report of inspection prepared by the captain before departure.

The Defendant stated that the facts charged at around 10:20 on May 2, 2015 are “09:20,” but it is evident that it is “10:20,” and it does not affect the Defendant’s exercise of the Defendant’s right of defense, as stated in its reasoning, it was difficult to avoid any disturbance, such as “the victim visiting the Jeju Coastal Passenger Terminal No. 2 22, which is located in the Jeju Coastal Passenger Terminal at the time of making a correction ex officio.” Thus, it was difficult to say that the victim visited the C Pilothouse scheduled to depart from the port for the safe operation of the vessel at the time of making a correction ex officio, without signing the report at the above time.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the operation management of the complainant by force.
